How To See HBO Max App Viewing History Using The Search Bar
A way to troubleshoot quickly seeing your watch history on the HBO Max app is with the search bar. Your search history will be saved in the search bar until you clear the cache on your computer or delete your search history.
This may not be a good representation of your watch history if you don’t watch the titles you search for. But in my case, I typically watch all the videos I search for so it’s a very accurate recent history.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open the HBO Max app on your android or iOS device.
- Log into your HBO Max account.
- Tap the search button which appears at the top left hand corner of the screen beside the options button. A list of your recent searches will appear.
From here, you can see your search history by scrolling through the list that appears. If you watch the movies you search for, this will double as your viewing history.
