Log in to Account Hub.
Go to “Manage Accounts”. If you have multiple accounts, select the account you want to change.
From the “Manage Lines” tab, select the “Three Dots” for the line you want to change and select “Change Number”. The Change Number window will appear.
Select a reason for the number change from the “Reason For Change” field.
Choose a number by:
- ZIP Code: enter preferred ZIP Code.
- Area Code: enter preferred Area Code.
Select an option in the “Preferred NXX” drop-down list.
Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
Select “Submit Change”. You’ll receive a transaction number, which can be viewed on the Transaction History page.

Once you change your T-Mobile number, all your old voicemails will be deleted and you’ll have to set up a new voicemail. In addition, your call records for the old number will no longer be available online.
