This secluded estate gives you an astonishing 360 degree view of Mykonos including the town, hillside and Mediterranean. Contemporary interiors puts a modern spin on this stunning custom home. Inspired by the Ancient Greece Cycladic Architecture, the home is minimal and modern. Respecting the beauty of Mykonos by incorporating natural stone through the interior and exterior spaces. Its interior design features dramatic hallways filled with stone and glass that will make your jaw drop. Other features include open terraces with lounge furniture, an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, 9 bedrooms and plenty of living space. And don’t forget the private sunbathing areas that lets you take advantage of Greece’s fantastic Mediterranean weather.

The barbecue area is a great place to enjoy the views with a special meal and great company. Move inside, select a vintage from the cave cellar and gather by the pool. 57 meters of open glass doors disappear inside the walls completely which creates a seamless indoor/outdoor living space. Upstairs, an amazing master bedroom with en suite bathroom and it’s own living space and an outdoor private pool/Jacuzzi. Next to the main home, four guest rooms with independent access for each are also enjoying the astonishing views this home has to offer.

Modern Stone Exterior

This home is absolutely gorgeous. I love how the home’s design is very Modern but it uses real stone that is native to Greece. Connecting a Modern form of construction with these timeless materials is such a fantastic way to design and build a custom home. The stone work is something you’d expect to find on a 1000 year old building and not a new ultra modern custom home.

As you’ll see throughout the pics the stone work has been carried from the exterior seamlessly into the home. Long hallways are finished with tons of stone and glass. And I love how the stone is constructed using lots of real mortar. It’s an earthy look that’s totally Greek. If you tour the island you’ll see lots of ancient structures using the same methods of stone work.

Real Stone Walls

The highlight of this Ultra Modern custom home are the real stone walls used inside and out. I not only love the choice of stone but also how they’re built. This method of construction which uses real mortar to build the wall and create the joints is exactly what you’ll find on centuries old Greek buildings. The connection between the new and old found here is fantastic.
